this weekend (july 16-18) was awesome!!! i came back from the DAY'S OF THE HELPERS OF THE LORD retreat.. class #2, flock of st. therese of lisieux.. the ppl in my flock are brian (secretary), jonathan, joslyn, rachelle, ashley (boy w/ a girl's name), warren, & daniel (tabachoy), & k.c. (our leader).. i was chosen president.. whoo hoo! nervous at first, but had fun bein the dictator =P..
RE-learned a lot of stuff that i've forgotten, embraced the 3am meditations, procession with the Blessed Virgin Mary, the mananita, & kissin Jesus way too early in the mornin while our "mama's" sang along with the accordian.. haha.. the auxilliary served us completely.. we didnt have to lift a finger..
the talent show was off the hook.. joshua "danced" & "sang" the ricky martin song "she bangs".. michael performed the coolest magic tricks.. james did a michael jackson dance.. lee ann dot dot sang us a song & gave us a powerful testimony about premarital sex & its detrimental effect on her..
I'm going to stop procrastinating ... once I get around to it.
